Custom ActionVFX Download Manager

An ActionVFX (and CreatorVault) download manager so that I can easily start/pause/resume any of my downloads.

This would be especially helpful in being able to select the download location for the files, as some of the ActionVFX .R3D and OpenEXR files can get pretty huge.
